The Wish Tower is staffed entirely by volunteers and so can’t be opened to visitors every day. One thing that has disappointed many potential visitors to the site is that, on finding it closed, there is little or no information to be seen on display nearby. As part of our Heritage Lottery Funded project we’ve designed a series of interpretation panels describing the tower and its colourful history which will be affixed to the steps up to the tower entrance.
The panels are currently out for manufacture so you should be seeing them soon!
